The reveal matters because it picks the hardest starting point: creation. Greta Gerwig’s approach to The Magician’s Nephew is not just another return to a famous fantasy world. It goes back to the birth of Narnia, the fall of Charn, the rise of Jadis, and the origin of the wardrobe itself. If the footage described is the shape of the film Netflix is building, this could be the most important fantasy reveal since major franchises shifted from simple sequels to full myth-making

The second trailer does one thing fast. It turns King Ghidorah from rumour into the film’s biggest talking point. The footage does not need a full creature reveal. It gives enough. A flash of lethal yellow energy. A scale of destruction that feels too large for a normal kaiju threat. A familiar sense of cosmic danger. Then comes Godzilla’s atomic breath, staged like a theatre moment, not a throwaway shot. That is why the hype around GODZILLA MINUS ZERO has jumped so quickly.
